ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead the planning, coordination and execution of civil works at site, with particular emphasis on structural, hardscape/external development and finishing works. The role requires a hands-on construction professional capable of coordinating site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients while maintaining project schedules, quality standards and cost controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, coordinate and oversee civil works from execution through completion.
- Manage structural, hardscape/external development and finishing works at site.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, quality and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors and vendors.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and site requirements to ensure accurate execution.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, site productivity and quality of workmanship.
- Coordinate measurements, billing and cost tracking with project and commercial teams.




- Resolve site-level technical and execution issues while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 1 year of relevant construction experience.
- Practical experience in structural, hardscape/external development and finishing works.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, specifications and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and Microsoft Excel.
- Robust site coordination, planning, communication and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Broader exposure across structural, finishing, hardscape or external development works, including commercial, institutional or industrial projects, will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
