Position: Senior Nurse / Clinical & Business Development – Nursing
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM

Key Requirements:

- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong ICU/critical care experience is mandatory.
- Clinically strong with good patient-care and nursing knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with doctors, hospitals, patients, and healthcare professionals.
- Should have solid knowledge of hospital processes and clinical requirements.
- Must have an existing professional network and contacts with at least 20+ hospitals.
- Should have good contacts with Neurologists/Neuro Doctors for business development and referral opportunities.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with hospitals and doctors to generate new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for hospital and doctor visits as required.

Key Responsibilities:





- Provide clinical support and guidance to the nursing team.
- Coordinate with hospitals and doctors for patient-care requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals and neurologists.
- Identify new business opportunities through hospital and doctor networks.
- Support patient referrals and business growth initiatives.
- Ensure high standards of clinical care and service delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with hospital and doctor contacts.

Preferred Candidate: A clinically strong nursing professional with ICU experience and a well-established network of hospitals and neurologists, who can contribute to both clinical operations and business growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
