Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Event Coordinator cum Sales Executive who is interested in building a career in the event management and sales industry. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating event-related activities, communicating with clients and vendors, generating sales leads, and supporting the successful execution of events.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients, vendors, event teams, and internal departments for event requirements.

Assist in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and other events.

Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.

Understand client requirements and present suitable event solutions and services.

Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic presentations for clients.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.

Assist with venue coordination, vendor management, registrations, logistics, and on-site event activities.

Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the event lifecycle.





Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, client discussions, and sales activities.

Be available to travel to event venues when required.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales, event management, business development, or customer interaction will be preferred.

Candidates who are comfortable with client calls, follow-ups, field visits, and event-site coordination are preferred.
