Job Brief:
We are currently seeking an Instructional Designer to work in our Hadapsar office. An Instructional Designer is responsible for creating compelling learning activities and course content, working with subject matter experts to identify training needs, applying instructional design theories and methods, and utilizing multimedia tools to enhance the learning process. They also conduct instructional research, develop assessment instruments, and maintain project documentation for effective course development.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze the content and design the learning solutions in multiple modalities such as classroom, virtual, WBT, job-aids, videos etc.
2. Create storyboards for WBT videos, Rise and so on
3.Development support to graphics team and review the output as end user.
4.Set Instructional strategies based on the content
5.Positive sense of end user testing for eLearning modules

Working knowledge Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate Evaluate implement the Client SME fb
Experience : 0 -1 Year Required
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of instructional design models and theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.)
- Proficiency in learner analysis and learner evaluation
- Familiarity with cognitive psychology, andragogy learning, and other fundamentals behind the way people learn
- Industry expertise (i.e., some background and experience in the field where you will be working as an instructional designer)
- Writing skills and storytelling Visual design, storyboarding, and typographic principles
