Job Summary

Ashoka Franmark is looking for a Telesales Executive to handle cosmetic and beauty product sales through phone calls and WhatsApp. The candidate will communicate with customers, explain products, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain cosmetic and beauty products, their features, benefits, prices, and offers.
- Communicate with customers through WhatsApp and share product details.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.
- Maintain daily call and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Build valuable customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Qualifications and Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking to customers over phone calls.




- Good knowledge of WhatsApp and basic computer usage.
- Interest in cosmetics, beauty, skincare or salon products is an advantage.
- Hindi communication is required.
- Telugu and English communication will be an advantage.
- Previous telesales, telecalling, cosmetics or customer service experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.

Preferred Candidate

- Good speaking and listening skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.
- Comfortable working from the corporate office.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Sales Incentives
Experience: 0–3 years
