Branch Manager – goSTOPS

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the overall operations of a goSTOPS property, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, excellent guest experience, team performance, and business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end operations of the property, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and maintenance.
- Ensure high standards of guest experience, service quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Lead, train, and manage the property team to achieve operational and service goals.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and property-level performance.
- Ensure compliance with goSTOPS SOPs, policies, and statutory requirements.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve escalations effectively.
- Manage vendor coordination, inventory, and operational requirements.




- Conduct regular property audits and ensure timely closure of operational gaps.
- Drive initiatives to improve revenue, guest satisfaction, reviews, and overall property performance.
- Prepare and share regular operational reports with the Cluster Manager.

Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience in hotel, hostel, or hospitality operations.
- Experience in managing a property/team will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive understanding of hospitality operations and guest service.
- Ability to manage teams, costs, and operational targets.
- Willingness to work in shifts and handle operational requirements as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
