Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students/working professionals on suitable career programs.
- Handle leads through calls, follow-ups and counselling.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend relevant programs.
- Handle objections and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly sales/admission targets.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & convincing skills.
- Sales/target-oriented mindset.
- Good Hindi & English communication.
- EdTech/Inside Sales/Academic Counselling experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
