Job Responsibilities

* Lead and manage MEP BIM design and coordination activities across multiple projects.

* Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, templates, and project execution plans.

* Manage BIM deliverables for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP services.

* Review and approve Revit models, drawings, families, and BIM deliverables for quality and compliance.

* Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.

* Conduct and manage clash detection and coordination using tools such as Navisworks and Revit.

* Lead BIM coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, architects, and project teams.

* Ensure models are developed in accordance with LOD requirements, project specifications, and BIM standards.

* Establish and maintain Revit families, content libraries, templates, and modeling standards.

* Monitor project progress and ensure BIM deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

* Allocate work, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance to BIM Engineers, BIM Modelers, and MEP designers.

* Review shop drawings, coordinated drawings, sections, details, and BIM outputs before submission.

* Support the team in resolving technical and modeling issues related to MEP systems.

* Coordinate with design teams to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in BIM models.

* Ensure proper model federation,



file management, naming conventions, worksharing, and version control.

* Prepare and maintain BIM coordination reports, clash reports, model review reports, and project documentation.

* Assist in developing BOQs, quantity take-offs, schedules, and other BIM-based project outputs where required.

* Identify opportunities for BIM automation, standardization, and process improvement.

* Train and mentor team members on Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM workflows, and company standards.

* Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, client requirements, and applicable industry standards.

* Coordinate with management on project manpower, resource planning, technical requirements, and delivery schedules.

* Participate in project meetings and provide technical and BIM-related inputs to support successful project delivery.

* Maintain a high standard of model accuracy, constructability, coordination, and documentation quality.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
