Hotel Bosquet is looking for a skilled and responsible Chinese & Tandoor Chef to join our hotel restaurant team in Mahanad, Hooghly.
Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of Chinese and Tandoor dishes according to hotel standards.

Handle daily preparation, cooking and plating.

Prepare items such as fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, chilli dishes, kebabs, tandoori items and other Chinese & Tandoor specialties.

Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.

Maintain proper kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.

Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.

Minimise food wastage and maintain portion control.

Coordinate with the restaurant team during service.

Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Chinese Chef / Tandoor Chef is preferred.

Good knowledge of Chinese and Tandoor cuisine.

Experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen will be an advantage.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.





Responsible, punctual and disciplined.

Willing to work in a hotel restaurant setting.
