Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to manage and grow a personal YouTube channel and Instagram presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and short-form content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative content ideas for YouTube and Instagram.
- Plan and create Reels, Shorts, videos, and posts.
- Write engaging scripts, hooks, captions, and content concepts.
- Research trending topics, formats, sounds, and viral content.
- Assist with shoot planning, execution, and on-camera content.
- Coordinate video shoots and ensure content is produced consistently.
- Understand audience preferences and create content accordingly.
- Manage the content calendar and maintain a regular posting schedule.




- Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach, views, and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram and YouTube trends and algorithms.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Content Creation / Social Media / YouTube.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Good storytelling, communication, and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of trends.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Previous experience handling a personal brand, creator account, YouTube channel, or Instagram page will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
