Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer Architect to join our in-house design team. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design development, drawing coordination, and execution support for real estate projects, ensuring that designs meet project requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural planning and design for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP,
and other consultants to ensure seamless design integration.
- Manage in-house architectural design activities and coordinate with external consultants.
- Review drawings and ensure design accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable building regulations.
- Coordinate with project execution teams to resolve site-related design issues.
- Monitor design deliverables and ensure timely completion of drawings.
- Review design changes and assess their impact on project cost, quality, and timelines.
- Ensure effective coordination between the design, planning, and execution teams.
