About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. Freshers with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition/IT Recruitment are welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements for various IT/Technology roles.
- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls based on skills, experience, location, CTC and notice period.
- Assess candidate profiles against requirements and shortlist relevant candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers, interview status and recruitment MIS.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sourcing/recruitment targets.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.




- Learn and understand different IT technologies, job roles and recruitment processes.

Skills Required

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and build a career in IT Recruitment.
- Basic understanding of computers/IT technologies is an advantage.
- Good sourcing and research skills.
- Comfortable making candidate calls and follow-ups.
- Ability to work with targets and handle multiple requirements.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Boolean search, Naukri or LinkedIn sourcing is an added advantage.

Significant Location Requirement

This is a Work From Office role in Sector 62, Noida. Candidates must already be based in Noida/Delhi NCR or be able to commute to the office independently.

Relocation support is not available, and relocation candidates will not be considered.
