Nestopia Interiors is an interior design and execution company focused on creating well-designed, functional, and high-quality interior spaces. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take complete ownership of interior projects from planning through execution and final handover.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing interior projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution, timely completion, quality workmanship, cost control, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, and capable of independently handling projects while coordinating effectively with designers, site engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of assigned interior projects from project initiation to final handover.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution as per approved designs, scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, execution plans, and daily/weekly progress updates.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Site Engineers, Contractors, Vendors, and Clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
- Manage and coordinate contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site teams.
- Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within the committed timelines.
- Identify project delays, execution issues, and site-level challenges and take corrective action proactively.
- Ensure proper availability of materials,



manpower, and resources at the site.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material requirements and deliveries.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
- Check measurements, site conditions, and execution details before and during work.
- Manage project costs and minimize unnecessary wastage and rework.
- Handle client communication and provide regular updates regarding project progress.
- Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation of project updates, measurements, approvals, material requirements, and site-related information.
- Conduct snagging and ensure all pending works are completed before final handover.
- Ensure the project site is maintained in a safe, organized, and professional manner.
- Take responsibility for successful project completion within the agreed timeline, budget, scope, and quality standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Diploma qualification in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in interior execution/project management.
- Strong experience in residential interiors, commercial interiors, or turnkey interior projects.
- Good knowledge of interior execution processes, materials, and construction practices.
- Solid understanding of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting,



false ceiling, flooring, and other interior works.
- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and vendors simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
- Good knowledge of project timelines, measurements, BOQ, material requirements, and site execution.
- Should be comfortable with regular site visits and handling on-site responsibilities.
- Should be proactive, accountable, and capable of working independently.
