Transport Officer

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all campus transportation operations, including buses and transport staff.
- Prepare and monitor daily bus routes, schedules, and vehicle deployment.
- Ensure timely and protected transportation of students and staff.
- Coordinate with drivers, conductors, vendors, and concerned departments.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, fitness, insurance, permits, and other statutory documents.
- Maintain transport records, attendance, fuel consumption, and daily trip reports.
- Handle transport-related complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, traffic regulations, and institutional policies.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience in transport management preferred.

Experience: 3–5 years in transport operations, preferably in an educational institution.
