About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to build predictive and intelligent systems.
- Develop and optimize machine learning/deep learning models.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Handle client discussions, requirement gathering, demos, and technical queries.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing AI/ML solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of professional experience in AI/ML.




- Strong knowledge of Python and machine learning concepts.
- Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
- Understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI is a plus.
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-handling and requirement-gathering skills.
- Ability to independently manage client discussions and explain technical solutions in a simple manner.
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
