Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Follow up with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Promote company services and enhance customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused approach and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in customer service or customer engagement will be an advantage.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
