We are looking for a Creative Designer who is skilled in both Graphic Design and Video Editing and can create engaging, visually appealing content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality static graphics, social media creatives, reels, short-form videos, and digital content for clients.
- Design creative content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, product videos, and other marketing content.
- Work closely with the creative, social media, content, and marketing teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Convert creative briefs and ideas into visually engaging designs and videos.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute recent creative ideas for campaigns and social media content.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, colours, typography, layouts,



and overall visual style.
- Adapt designs and videos based on client feedback and internal review.
- Create multiple creative variations when required for testing, campaigns, and different platforms.
- Ensure all creative work is completed accurately and within the assigned deadlines.
- Organize and maintain design, video, and project assets for easy access and future use.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, reel formats, editing styles, and digital content trends.

Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, video editing, social media content creation, or a similar role can apply.
- Candidates must have a portfolio/showreel demonstrating their design and video editing skills.

Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent graphic design tools.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of social media creative formats and dimensions.
- Ability to create engaging Instagram Reels, social media posts, stories, carousels, and promotional videos.
- Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.




- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with different brand guidelines and creative styles.
- Good understanding of current social media and visual content trends.
