- Install, configure, and maintain printers, photocopiers, and multifunction devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot printer hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and servicing of printers.
- Repair or replace faulty printer components such as rollers, drums, fusers, cartridges, print heads, and other parts.
- Install and configure printer drivers and related software.
- Troubleshoot network and USB printing issues.
- Attend customer service calls and provide in office technical support when required.
- Identify technical problems and provide appropriate solutions within the required time.
- Maintain service records, job reports, and details of replaced parts.
- Coordinate with customers to understand and resolve technical complaints.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
