Four Seasons Ayurveda is an Ayurvedic wellness brand offering a range of herbal juices, powders, tablets, capsules and wellness products. We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Advisor to join our growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Convert leads and customer enquiries into successful orders.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support team for smooth order processing.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive communication skills in Hindi, English, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malyalam.
- Confident and pleasant telephone conversation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and confidently present products.
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, healthcare, Ayurveda, FMCG or e-commerce sales will be preferred.
