Job Summary
7+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices-based application development.
Strong expereince in Access Management (IAM) Protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, SCIM)
Strong expertise in designing and developing scalable REST APIs and distributed systems.
Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized deployments in enterprise environments.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Proven experience in Production Support, including on-call rotations, incident management, and troubleshooting critical issues.
Strong understanding of RCA (Root Cause Analysis), performance tuning, monitoring, and application optimization.
Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle and proficiency in SQL.
Positive understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, and Agile development practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude to drive issues to closure and deliver business outcomes.
Person should be ok to work for 24x7 oncall support as per roster
Nice to Have: Docker, Kafka, Observability/Monitoring tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana), and exposure to SRE/DevOps practices.
