ITxSential Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Junior Architect who wants to move from site work into psychology-led marketing strategy for leading architects in India and across the globe.

Position Junior Architect – Marketing Strategy

ITxSential Pvt. Ltd. is a psychology-led digital marketing company built for the architecture and design industry. We partner with some of the most respected architects in India and around the world to build their brands, attract the right clients and grow their practices.

Our work blends consumer psychology, strategy, content, design, video, SEO, performance marketing and reputation management. We understand that architects sell vision, trust and taste, so we market them the way they think.

About the role

You will be the architectural mind inside our marketing team. Your site and studio experience will help us understand projects, speak the language of our clients and turn their work into stories that win the right clients.

This is a career-shift role. It suits an architect who loves the profession but wants to build their future in marketing and brand strategy for architects, rather than on drawings and sites.

Key responsibilities

- Study each client's portfolio, design philosophy and target audience, and translate it into explicit marketing insight.
- Contribute to marketing strategies, brand positioning and communication plans for architects and interior designers.
- Write project narratives, case studies, website copy, social media captions, blogs and client-facing presentations in polished English.
- Brief and guide our designers, video editors and shoot team on the architectural story behind each project.
- Join client calls and meetings, ask the right questions, and represent ITxSential with confidence.
- Review creative output for architectural accuracy, design vocabulary and brand fit.
- Track architecture and design trends, competitor brands and platform changes, and bring ideas to the team.
- Manage your tasks against deadlines and keep work organised across multiple client accounts.





Must-have requirements

- B.Arch degree compulsory.
- At least 1 year of on-site experience working under a seasoned architect or interior designer.
- Excellent spoken English, clear and confident with clients and senior professionals.
- Strong written English: grammatically sound, well-structured and persuasive.
- Genuine interest in marketing strategy for architects and a clear intent to shift your career into marketing.
- Available to join immediately.

Good to have

- A portfolio, blog, social media page or writing samples that show how you communicate design.
- Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn and how architecture firms present themselves online.
- Basic familiarity with Canva, Photoshop or presentation tools.
