- Recruit and onboard recent insurance advisors/agents.
- Train and guide agents on insurance products and sales techniques.
- Help agents generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Achieve monthly/annual business and premium targets through the agency network.
- Motivate and monitor agent performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and keep them active.
- Assist agents in customer meetings, policy sales, and conversion.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and compliance with company/regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare sales and performance reports for management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
