We are looking for an experienced Business Head – Polymers to build and lead our Polymer business vertical from scratch.
- Build the business strategy, product portfolio and go-to-market.
- Develop supplier/manufacturer relationships and procurement network.
- Acquire and manage B2B/institutional customers.
- Own sales, procurement, pricing, margins, P&L; and working capital.
- Build and lead the Polymer team.
- Scale the business across Maharashtra and India.
- Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra | Open to candidates from Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai & Delhi NCR willing to relocate.
Ideal Candidate: 5-10 years of experience in Polymers, with robust industry relationships and proven business-building experience.
