Roles & Responsibilities – Project Manager
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in residential construction projects, with strong knowledge of site execution and project management.

- Plan, manage, and execute residential construction projects from start to completion.
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, manpower, and material requirements.
- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and quality requirements.
- Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.




- Manage contractors and subcontractors and ensure timely execution of work.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.
- Ensure proper documentation, measurements, billing, and project handover.
- Lead the project team and ensure timely completion within the approved budget and quality standards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
