Job Description
We are looking for fresh graduates with excellent communication skills to join our UK Voice Process as Customer Support Executives.
The selected candidates will interact with UK customers, understand their queries, provide accurate information and solutions, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally and confidently.
- Communicate with UK customers and understand their requirements.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain excellent customer service and call etiquette.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are eligible.
- Must be a Graduate.
- Candidates who graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026 can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in UK shifts / rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Pune office.
Salary & Benefits
