As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. The engineer acts as the main liaison for application-related activities, overseeing the entire lifecycle from conception to deployment while maintaining clear communication across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and scalability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data models within cloud-based data warehousing environments.
- Robust knowledge of data integration techniques and ETL processes related to Snowflake.
- Ability to optimize query performance and manage data security within Snowflake environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data workflows and application deployment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
