About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor + AI Content Specialist who can transform ideas, scripts and raw footage into high-quality, engaging visual stories.

This role requires more than basic editing. The candidate should understand storytelling, pacing, music, sound design, motion graphics and visual continuity, while also being comfortable using the latest AI tools to generate and enhance video content.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of an assignment from brief → visualisation → production → editing → final output.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit social media reels, digital advertisements, corporate films, product films, campaign videos, event AVs, and brand content.
- Convert scripts and storyboards into compelling visual narratives.
- Select appropriate footage, music, transitions, graphics, and sound effects.
- Handle professional editing, color correction, sound design, and final finishing.
- Create motion graphics, animated typography, product animations, and visual effects where required.
- Generate AI-based video shots, images, environments, and supporting visuals.
- Convert static AI-generated visuals into cinematic video sequences.
- Maintain character, product, and visual consistency across AI-generated scenes.
- Combine real footage, stock footage, graphics, and AI-generated content seamlessly.
- Create different aspect ratios and adaptations, including 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 4: 5.
- Understand client and creative director feedback and execute revisions efficiently.
- Maintain organized project files, footage, AI assets, and final exports.
- Experiment with new production techniques and AI workflows that improve speed and output quality.

Candidates should have a practical understanding of generative AI workflows, including:

- Text-to-image
- Text-to-video
- Image-to-video
- Prompt engineering
- AI image editing
- AI video generation
- Character consistency
- Product consistency
- Camera movement prompting
- Lip-sync and voice workflows
- Background/setting generation
- Generative fill and image extension
- AI-assisted storyboarding
- AI upscaling and enhancement

Experience with tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Higgsfield, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or equivalent platforms will be an advantage.

We do not expect candidates to know every AI platform. We expect them to understand how to learn and use new AI tools effectively.

Software Skills

Must Have: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop.

Good to Have: DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator, Audition, and relevant AI image/video platforms.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Compensation will depend on experience, portfolio quality, editing skills, motion capabilities, AI proficiency, storytelling ability, and overall creative maturity.
