- Counsel students and parents on undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by Indian universities and colleges.
- Understand students’ academic profiles, interests, career goals, and recommend suitable courses/universities.
- Provide detailed information on courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online counselling sessions.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students and ensure timely completion of the admission process.
- Maintain accurate student records, lead status, and counselling reports in CRM.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Stay updated on university programs, admission criteria, entrance exams, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with university admission teams and internal departments.




- Support students throughout the admission and enrolment process.

Eligibility & Skills

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- 2–5 years of experience in Career Counselling, Education Counselling, Admissions, or Student Recruitment.
- Solid knowledge of Indian universities, colleges, courses, and admission processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English and Telugu preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
