Full job description

1. Application & Software Support

- Provide support for HIS, billing software, EMR/EHR systems
- Coordinate with software vendors for updates, bug fixes, and AMC support
- Manage software installations, licenses, and upgrades

2. Data Security & Backup

- Implement and monitor data backup procedures (daily/weekly)
- Ensure patient data confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards
- Maintain antivirus, firewall, and cybersecurity protocols

3. User Support & Helpdesk

- Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
- Resolve IT issues within defined turnaround time
- Train staff on basic system usage when required

4. IT Asset Management

- Maintain inventory of IT assets (systems, printers, networking devices)
- Track AMC/ warranty status of all IT equipment
- Plan procurement of IT equipment as per hospital needs

5. System & Network Management

- Install, configure,



and maintain computers, servers, printers, and networking equipment
- Ensure continuous uptime of Hospital Information System (HIS)
- Monitor network performance (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

6. CCTV & Biomedical Integration (Basic)

- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems
- Coordinate with biomedical team for integration of diagnostic equipment with HIS

7. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and system documentation
- Ensure compliance with hospital IT standards and audit requirements

Experience of Hospital Industry is must.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
