Exquisite Yield LLP is engaged in the import and distribution of niche FMCG products from international brands. We are expanding our network of retailers, distributors, and business clients across India.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy and organized Business Development & Operations Executive who will primarily focus on onboarding new retail customers, generating sales, and managing follow-ups from order to delivery and payment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors and business customers
- Generate leads through research, cold calling, WhatsApp, email and other channels
- Follow up with customers for orders, repeat sales, payments and outstanding dues
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory and deliveries
- Track sales, leads, customer follow-ups, payments and inventory using Excel/Google Sheets




- Coordinate with logistics partners and track shipments and deliveries
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Prepare simple reports, presentations and business updates
- Use AI tools, online research platforms and digital tools to improve productivity
- Assist with basic Canva/design work when required

Skills & Requirements

- Good communication and solid follow-up skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and customer interaction
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools
- Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups independently
- Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus
- Interest in FMCG, retail, imports and distribution is preferred

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys sales, customer acquisition and getting things done.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
