About the Role

Prime Sunshine Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic, people-oriented and driven HR Intern / Junior Executive to join our HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on exposure across multiple HR functions, work closely with employees and management, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in Human Resources.
What You’ll Do

· Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

· Source, screen and coordinate with candidates.

· Conduct initial candidate calls and interview follow-ups.

· Support employee onboarding, documentation and HR processes.

· Assist with attendance, leave and employee records.

· Prepare HR reports, trackers and MIS.

· Coordinate with employees and managers on HR-related requirements.

· Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives.

· Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer and appointment letters.

· Support employee communication and day-to-day HR activities.

· Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

· Assist the HR team with special projects and other HR initiatives.
What We’re Looking For





· MBA/PGDM (HR), BBA, B.Com or relevant graduate qualification.

· Freshers / candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets & MS Office.

· Good follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.

· Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

· Willingness and availability to travel to Raipur and other franchise locations across Chhattisgarh is mandatory.

· Comfortable working in a multi-location business setting.
Travel & Expenses

Travel to Raipur and other franchise locations across Chhattisgarh is mandatory as part of the role.

All official travel expenses will be borne by the company.
