Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical and research-oriented New Product Research & Development Expert who can identify recent product opportunities, conduct market research, develop product concepts and support the complete product development process.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities.
- Research customer needs, market trends and competitor products.
- Generate and evaluate new product ideas.
- Develop product concepts based on market requirements.
- Conduct product feasibility and market potential analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product development.
- Plan and conduct product testing and trials.
- Collect customer and market feedback and suggest improvements.
- Prepare product research reports and presentations.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market strategies.
- Support product launch planning and implementation.
- Maintain proper documentation of research, testing and development activities.




- Continuously identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduation in any relevant field; MBA / BBA / Science / Technical background preferred.
- Experience in product research, product development, market research or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of market trends and customer requirements.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to conduct field research and interact with customers when required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
