Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Part-Time Telecallers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for making calls to prospective candidates/customers, explaining our courses/services, and providing relevant information.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and enquiries.
- Explain course and service details clearly.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Maintain basic call and follow-up records.
- Handle queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for further assistance.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication in the required language.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
