Position: Country Sales Manager – India

Job Summary

LYNK HOLDINGS is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Country Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales and business development activities across India. The role will focus on developing current customers, managing key accounts, increasing sales volumes, and building long-term relationships with industrial customers in the materials and metallurgical products sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop sales activities across India.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers and business opportunities.
- Manage key accounts and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Generate enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market prices, demand, competitors, and industry trends.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams for smooth order execution.




- Travel extensively across India for customer meetings and business development.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industrial customers.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience.
- Strong PAN-India sales and customer-handling experience is mandatory.
- Experience in metals, alloys, minerals, or metallurgical products is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil – mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Indian industrial markets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Strong customer network and proven business-development capability.

Experience: 5+ Years

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
