- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and property preferences.
- Qualify leads and provide basic project information.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the Sales Team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Update lead details, follow-ups, and status in CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to improve site visits and conversions.
- Achieve assigned lead qualification and appointment targets.
Requirements:
- Any degree/diploma.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Valuable telephone etiquette and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
