Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing software implementation and maintenance projects, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and execute software implementation and maintenance projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal technical teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Track project issues, risks, dependencies, and resolutions.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress updates to management.
- Understand client requirements and ensure proper coordination with development and technical teams.
- Manage project scope, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Identify potential project challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper project documentation and status reports.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle client communication and address project-related queries and concerns.




- Support the team in achieving project objectives and successful implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA or a related technical field.
- MBA / PMP / PRINCE2 certification will be preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in project management.
- Strong experience in software implementation and maintenance projects.
- Excellent client coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and deliverable management.
- Experience in issue tracking, progress monitoring, and resolution management.
- Strong understanding of software development and implementation processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
