About the Role

makeO Skinnsi is looking for an experienced and passionate Floater Cosmetologist Doctor to join our growing clinical team.

The role will involve working across multiple Skinnsi retail centres, along with actively participating in makeO Skinnsi Brand Camps conducted at various locations.

The doctor will be responsible for conducting approximately 4–6 Brand Camps per month, while the remaining working days will be focused on retail clinic operations, customer consultations, aesthetic procedures, and supporting the clinical team.

Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Camp Responsibilities

A major part of the role will be to participate in and conduct makeO Skinnsi Brand Camps.

Responsibilities include:

- Conduct skin and hair consultations during Brand Camps.
- Interact directly with potential customers and understand their skin and hair concerns.
- Educate customers about Skinnsi treatments, procedures, and services.
- Recommend suitable treatments based on customer requirements and clinical assessment.
- Generate quality leads and convert consultations into clinic appointments.
- Support customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives.
- Participate in camps conducted at corporates, residential societies, gyms, salons, events, and other relevant locations.
- Coordinate with the marketing and retail teams for smooth execution of Brand Camps.
- Maintain records of consultations, leads,



appointments, and conversions.

Expected Brand Camps: Approximately 4–6 camps per month.

Floater Retail Clinic Responsibilities

For the remaining working days, the doctor will work across multiple Skinnsi retail centres, based on business requirements.

Responsibilities include:

- Conduct comprehensive skin and hair consultations for patients.
- Perform aesthetic procedures including:
- HydraFacial
- Laser Hair Reduction
- Chemical Peels
- PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
- Mesotherapy
- Microneedling Radio Frequency (MNRF)
- Dermaroller
- Q-Switch Laser
- CO₂ Laser
- Non-Ablative Radio Frequency Facelift
- Customize treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient requirements.
- Conduct offline clinical assessments and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
- Conduct online consultations whenever required.
- Provide medical supervision for home-service sessions and guide therapists remotely.
- Train and supervise therapists in performing aesthetic procedures.
- Ensure adherence to clinical quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Deliver an excellent patient experience through effective communication and follow-up.
- Support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the assigned retail centre.

Eligibility Criteria





- BHMS / BAMS / MBBS / BDS qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cosmetology, aesthetics, dermatology, skin, or wellness clinics.
- Hands-on expertise in aesthetic procedures including Laser Hair Reduction, HydraFacial, PRP, Chemical Peels, CO₂ Laser, Q-Switch Laser, Dermaroller, MNRF, Mesotherapy, and Non-Ablative RF treatments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counselling skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers at Brand Camps and other customer engagement activities.
- Willingness to travel across multiple Skinnsi centres and Brand Camp locations.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to convert consultations into appointments.
- Solid team coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about aesthetics, customer satisfaction, and clinical excellence.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.

Working Hours

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: Rotational Week Off

Please Note: Saturdays and Sundays are regular working days. Weekly offs are not provided on weekends.
