A Government Building Construction Project Manager oversees our Government building projects from planning and preconstruction through execution and closeout, ensuring compliance with strict government regulations, budgets, and timelines.
Experience: Min. 15 years experience, with a solid focus on Government building construction. Must have knowledge in Govt. Building based projects in similar field -CPWD, NBCC, RAILWAYS etc.
Responsibilities:
- A project manager is responsible for formulating a project plan to meet the project’s objectives while adhering to an approved budget and timeline.
- Manage public tendering processes, evaluate vendor bids, and oversee subcontractor performance and billing.
- Provide formal progress updates, risk assessments,
and variance reports to senior government authorities or agency stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison with public sector departments, municipal bodies.
Required skill: Deep familiarity with government tendering procedures, public works specifications (e.g., CPWD, PWD guidelines), and local zoning/building laws.
Salary: 30,000-70,000
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
