A Senior Architect role involves leading architectural design projects, managing client relationships, coordinating technical teams, and overseeing construction documentation from concept to completion.

Core Responsibilities

- Design Leadership: Drive conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs while protecting the original design intent through execution.
- Project & Client Management: Lead client meetings, interpret spatial requirements, manage multiple concurrent projects, and monitor budgets and timelines.
- Technical & Consultant Coordination: Partner with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), civil, landscape, and interior design consultants.
- Regulatory Compliance:



Review drawings to ensure alignment with local building by-laws, zoning laws, ADA compliance, and national/local building codes (such as the NBC in India).
- Team Supervision & Mentorship: Guide junior architects, designers, and interns, conduct design workshops, and review production deliverables.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction quality, resolve site issues, and verify adherence to plans.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
