We are looking for an energetic and experienced **Team Leader – Sales & Marketing** to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
### Job Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives.
* Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
* Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
* Generate and follow up on leads through calls, field visits, references, and other marketing channels.
* Guide team members in customer handling, negotiations, and closing deals.
* Coordinate property/site visits with potential customers.
* Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Track sales activities, follow-ups, and conversions.
* Conduct regular team meetings and provide training/coaching to team members.
* Prepare and share sales performance reports with management.
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute ideas for improving sales and marketing strategies.
### Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in **real estate**.
* Previous experience in managing or leading a sales team.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
* Ability to manage and motivate team members.
* Good knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
* Comfortable with field work and customer meetings.
* Candidates with experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
