About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Jewellery Display & Packaging Artisan who has previous experience working in a jewellery shop, jewellery manufacturing unit, jewellery packaging/display workshop, or a similar environment.

The person will be responsible for creating, modifying, and preparing jewellery display and packaging items such as jewellery mannequins, display stands, jewellery boxes, trays, holders, and other customised display solutions.

This is a work-based engagement, where the person may be hired on an hourly or per-day basis depending on the project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Make and modify jewellery mannequins, busts, display forms, and jewellery display stands.
- Prepare and customise jewellery boxes, trays, holders, and other packaging/display items.
- Work with materials commonly used for jewellery displays and packaging.
- Understand the practical requirements of displaying different types of jewellery such as necklaces, earrings, bangles, rings, and other jewellery pieces.
- Take measurements and prepare display/packaging items according to the required size and design.
- Repair, modify, or improve existing jewellery displays and boxes when required.
- Maintain good finishing and attention to detail in all work.
- Work independently on assigned display or packaging tasks.
- Coordinate with the team to understand the required design, dimensions, materials, and finish.




- Complete assigned work within the agreed timeline.

Required Experience & Skills

- Prior hands-on experience in a jewellery shop, jewellery factory/manufacturing unit, jewellery packaging unit, jewellery display workshop, or similar setup.
- Practical experience in making or working with jewellery mannequins, display stands, jewellery boxes, trays, or holders will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used for jewellery display and packaging work.
- Ability to take measurements and execute work accurately.
- Positive finishing and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and complete task-based assignments.
- Candidates with strong practical skills are preferred over purely theoretical/design experience.

- Payment will be discussed based on experience, skill level, and nature of work.
