Job Description – Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive – Automobile

Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram

Department: Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–3 years in automobile sales preferred

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

* Attend walk-in customers and understand their car-buying requirements.

* Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance and insurance options.

* Conduct effective vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

* Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, tele-calling, references and digital enquiries.

* Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain required conversion ratios.

* Maintain strong customer relationships before and after delivery.

* Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration and Delivery teams.

* Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM/DMS.

* Participate in showroom promotional activities and customer events.





* Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Profile

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer-focused and confident personality.

* Passion for automobile sales and achieving targets.

* Basic knowledge of cars, finance and insurance will be an advantage.

* Should be comfortable with field visits and lead generation.

* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
