- We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive with 2–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
- The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, reconciliations, financial documentation, invoice processing, and supporting monthly and annual financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities in a manufacturing environment.
- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and information.




- Prepare payment requests and assist with vendor payment processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, with experience in the manufacturing industry mandatory.
- Candidates with manufacturing company experience only will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic financial reporting is preferred.
- Experience with Tally or other accounting/ERP software will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing-related accounting processes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
