- Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring execution as per approved drawings and specifications. Monitor contractor and workforce performance on-site.
- Ensure construction work complies with quality standards and material specifications. Maintain inspection records and checklists.
- Liaise with engineers, architects, consultants, and external agencies for technical clarifications, inspections, and resolving site issues.
- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities for high-rise residential projects.
- Hands-on experience in Mivan Aluminium Formwork / Mivan construction techniques.
- Experience in execution of high-rise residential projects.
