Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and communicative candidates to join our team as Corporate Sales Head. This is a non-field sales role involving customer communication, cold calling, follow-ups, CRM management, and coordination of site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Handle customer follow-ups and maintain regular communication.
- Manage and update customer information in CRM.
- Coordinate and arrange site visits for interested customers.
- Provide documentation and administrative support related to sales.
- Maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Support the sales process and work towards achieving assigned targets.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Comfortable with cold calling and customer follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is an added advantage.
- Good customer-handling and coordination skills.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Pollachi location.
