F&B; GSA – Roles & Responsibilities

- Greet and serve guests professionally, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and proper table setup.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and Bar for smooth and timely service.
- Assist with buffet, banquet, restaurant, and room service operations.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and escalate when required.
- Maintain proper mise en place and service stations.
- Operate the POS system and handle billing as per company procedures.
- Minimize food wastage and breakage and maintain F&B; equipment properly.
- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety standards, and service procedures.
- Support the F&B; team during busy operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
