About the role

The Vendor Manager secures reliable supply at the right cost, quality and time.

Duties

Source and onboard manufacturers and suppliers: balloons, décor, jewellery, packaging.

Negotiate price, MOQ, lead time and payment terms.

Raise purchase orders and track each to delivery and GRN.

Inward quality checks; manage rejections and returns.

Maintain vendor master, rate cards and agreements.

Requirements

The required skills are: Vendor negotiation, Purchase orders & GRN, Excel, Cost analysis.

The experience required is 2 to 8 years.





The education required is Graduate; supply chain / business preferred.

Pay, hours and benefits

The salary is Rs 30,000 to 45,000 per month, based on experience.

The job type is Full time, with 8 working hours per day and one weekly day off.

The benefits include 8 days of paid casual leave per year.

The work location is the company office and warehouses in Kolhapur.
