About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive with excellent English communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, friendly, and capable of building strong relationships with customers while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding queries, services, and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.




- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements

- Fresher to 1 year of experience in customer service, customer relationship management, or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is a plus.
