About the Role
Scalemate Services is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and generate revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client calls, meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates.
- Explore new markets and opportunities for business growth.
Sales Targets
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Meet individual client acquisition and business-generation targets.
- Generate current leads and convert qualified prospects.
- Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline.
- Drive revenue growth through new and existing clients.
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent client relationship-management skills.
- Robust understanding of the sales cycle.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales targets.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
