Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and social media marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and other social media content.
- Write creative captions, posts, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and industry updates.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for social media creatives.
- Manage and monitor paid social media campaigns when required.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.




- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on data.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their latest trends.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinking and strong content-planning abilities.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and paid advertising.
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of branding and digital marketing.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing preferred.
- Freshers with strong knowledge and practical experience in social media may also apply.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications or practical experience in social media marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
